This 4.0mm Diameter VGA CMOS Sensor CVBS (AV/TV) Analog Output
Endoscope Camera Module is an industrial-grade analog imaging
component specially designed for close-range visualization
detection in narrow spaces, compliant with RoHS standards. Its
probe diameter is precisely controlled at 4.0mm, an ultra-micro
design that breaks through the space limitations of conventional
detection equipment, enabling easy access to tiny spaces such as
ultra-thin channels and narrow gaps that ordinary devices cannot
reach, effectively expanding the detection range and applicable
scenarios. The optical system is optimized for close-range
endoscopic operations, featuring a 1.08mm focal length, F2.8
aperture, and 65° field of view, paired with a 30–80mm focusing
range—this targeted optimization ensures enhanced clarity in
close-range imaging, perfectly matching the typical working
distance of endoscopic detection and meeting the needs of
high-frequency inspection scenarios. With TV distortion strictly
controlled within -1.5%, the module achieves true and accurate
restoration of the geometric shape of the picture, significantly
improving the credibility of observation results and the accuracy
of judgment, which is crucial for precise detection tasks. Adopting
CVBS (AV/TV) analog signal output, it can directly drive display
devices for real-time observation without the need for additional
digital processing units, simplifying the system structure,
reducing deployment costs, and lowering the risk of equipment
failure. The module is equipped with a 4PIN PAD interface (GND,
VOUT, LED+, VCC), where VOUT is used for video signal output, and
the LED+ and VCC pins support the optional installation of 4 0402
white light LEDs, which can effectively improve imaging quality in
low-light narrow spaces. The image direction register adopts the
factory default configuration, allowing entry into the standard
working mode immediately after power-on without additional
settings. Integrating micro size, analog direct output, low
distortion, and close-range optimization, this module becomes a
reliable imaging solution for industrial detection, automobile
maintenance, precision electronics, and experimental exploration.
